Mitchell Henderson (94) and skipper Joey Mead (77) starred with the bat for Tamworth, coming together at 4-62 and putting on a 123-run partnership to propel the score to 5-185.
Tamworth co-coach Bede Maher said: “They were simply outstanding and certainly put us in a good position to be able to post a very good score.”
Jayden Betts produced the best bowling figures for Tamworth with 2-31 off six overs.
In the final, Lismore made 8-157 off 50 overs and then dismissed Ballina for 110 in the 49th over.
