Intellect and order have brought the benefits of science, medicine and engineering.
Insanity and disarray have brought immorality and destruction.
Human societies sink and rise with the ebb and flow of this good versus evil battle.
Today folks, after centuries of advances in science and medicine, established physical reality is being thrown out the window for philosophical concepts.
As I write, the terms Man, Woman, Boy, Girl are being or have been removed from legislations across the Western world with the biological distinction of sexes being rejected and ideological groupings taking their place eg. HLGBTQI ....
Unbelievable as it may sound your gender is legally no longer to be determined by biology but instead by how you 'feel' at any given time. A further 'sexualisation' of society has begun with people already being successfully sued for offending someone when misaddressing them eg. as male rather than female or something else!
Our permissive Western civilisation HAS gone absolutely crazy.
The stable values & practices of multiple millennia of societies have been abandoned by the West.
Determined LGBTQI 'intellectuals' have risen through the ranks globally and persuaded the majority of Western politicians that ideas outrank reality.
Everything is up for grabs, especially the indoctrination of your children. Chaos.
It would appear that our human civilisation is fast approaching ruin on many fronts. Indeed the Bible, that Book centred on the very first Christmas, does describe the end-times as tumultuous but all is not lost.
Remember Christmas still starts with Christ, and He continues to bring eternal peace, joy and stability to those that seek Him. Please seek His truth while there is yet time.
Merry Christmas to one and all.

Are you in the same boat?
In 2017 one of the buzz words was unexpected consequences.
One of the unexpected consequences in early 2017 for my household and others locals was that we lost most of 'our' free to air TV channels, mostly ABC/SBS/Vice.
After installation of filters and a new higher antenna the problem was ended, at a cost of over $600.
Until now.
The problem has recently returned.
(The two possible suspects are either the 4G network or NBN fixed wireless desensitizing our antenna.)
I wonder how many other Tamworth people have paid out for this unexpected consequence?

Take some time
As families around Australia celebrate the festive season together, we hope that they take a moment to remember the children in Cox’s Bazar, who have so little but somehow manage to create small moments of joy in even the most heartbreaking of circumstances. Most of the children arrived with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Many of them are extremely traumatised from the perilous journey. Yet despite all they have endured, they still find a way to just be kids.
The children craft toys out of junk they find around the camp.
Christmas Day marks four months since the mass exodus from Myanmar. More than 625,000 Rohingya people have crossed the border into the Cox’s Bazar camps since August 25. Of the new arrivals, 378,000 are children. To support this vital work, please consider donating to the appeal: https://planau.me/rohingyaresponse
