The Brian Higginbotham Trophy, the second round of the state titles, the Alan Cox Cup and the fourth round of Northern Zone racing were some of the bigger events throughout the year.
The last event for the year was held last weekend with the annual 100-lap enduro/handicap meet followed by the club’s Christmas party and presentation night.
It was well attended with teams travelling from the Central Coast, Port Macquarie, Armidale and Hunter to take on the local members.
There were three classes on the day. The cadet and junior racing was held over 60 and 80 laps, respectively, while the seniors raced over 100 laps.
