Souths won the toss and batted first, with Wests bowling them out for 152 in 36 overs.
Wests lost three wickets in pursuit of the target, which they reached in the 32nd over of the round four clash.
Wests won their round one match against North Tamworth.
Rounds two and three were washed out.
West Tamworth’s best bowlers were Harrison Kelly (3-15 off eight overs) and Brock Ridgewell (3-39 off eight overs).
Stuart Irwin snared 2-27 from eight overs.
Chris Massey top scored for Souths with 38.
Best with the bat for West Tamworth were Daniel Collinson (65 not out) and Shawn Mepham (50).
Tom O’Neill bagged 2-33 for Souths.
