The world premiere of The Unbelievables will be held at TRECC on December 16 at 3pm and 7pm.
From the producers of The Illusionists and Circus 1903, The Unbelievables is a fast-paced entertainment spectacle jam-packed with death-defying acrobats, mind-blowing illusions, comedy, award-winning ballroom dancers, all backed by singers and an incredible six-piece swing orchestra.
Hosted by renowned New York stand-up Harrison Greenbaum, the show promises a dazzling night of laughs, gasps and gravity-defying grace.
For a complete immersive experience, limited table-seating will give a small group of ticketholders the exclusive opportunity to see the magic up-close and personal.
The remaining audience will be in an intimate 500 tiered seating configuration.
Creative and executive producer Simon Painter said: "The Unbelievables takes what we have done with The Illusionists to a whole new level.
“We've travelled the globe in search of the very best entertainers from a variety of disciplines and genres.
“Tamworth, prepare to be astonished by the most talented performers on earth."
Peter Ross, manager Entertainment Venues, said: “It’s a thrill to host the creation of this world premiere and new international spectacle in Tamworth at TRECC before it goes on to play the Sydney Opera House, the Arts Centre Melbourne and then onto its global tour.
“A huge contingent of performers, musicians, creatives and crew will be coming to town for over 10 days to bring this show to life.
“That’s a great benefit for the city and a positive endorsement on what we can offer.
“The Works Entertainment productions have consistently smashed box office records, been seen in over 350 cities throughout 30 countries which have included performances at the Sydney Opera House, the Shaftesbury in London and the Palace Theatre on Broadway, New York,” he said.
“The fact we can offer audiences in Tamworth and region this unbelievable show, pardon the pun, before it travels the world is quite a feather in our cap.”
