While Traces have only officially been together for one year, Jack Pallett, Sammy Jackson, Isaiah Grennan and Ryan Crane have “been jamming and playing music with each other, in one way or another, for years.”
The alt-rock band play everything from “heavy but not metal,” music to rock, pop, prog and electronic, and are influenced by everyone from Metallica to Cat Stevens.
Their EP is titled Change, and the boys do everything from playing, to mixing, recording and shooting their own videos, ammasing a solid local following along the way.
Traces next show will be in Armidale on July 7.
