The Kookaburras won all four tests, clinching the series clean sweep with a 5-3 victory on the weekend.
Willis played as a substitute in the final two tests after starting in the first two, which the Kookaburras won 6-1 and 3-nil.
The final test was packed with action from the first minute of play and saw scores level at 3-all at half-time after a final minute goal from Trent Mitton.
The third quarter was relatively quiet until the 42nd minute when Aaron Kleinschmidt knocked in a sneaky field goal to regain the lead for the Kookaburras.
Flynn Ogilvie sealed the win with a tricky aerial flick that soared into goal in the final minute of play.
Kookaburras head coach Colin Batch said the side has grown a lot and was very pleased with the progress they have made over the four matches as they look towards the Azlan Shah Cup.
