Opener Mack hit four fours and three towering sixes during his knock of 52, the clear standout as Albion mustered 113 in 32.5 overs.
Albion had been looking good at 2-81 before losing its last eight wickets for 32 runs.
But the Burras’ brittle batting line-up failed to capitalise on the momentum, conjuring just 53 as Eveleigh claimed a sensational 6-6.
Albion is 1-9 in its second innings, a lead of 69 runs.
Court House is well underway to sealing first innings points against Mornington at Kitchener Park.
Trent Lumby scored a stylish 44 as Mornington was bowled out for 108.
Kaleb McIlveen (4-24) was the pick of the bowlers, shading Lachlan King (3-12).
He then followed up his bowling heroics with the bat, finishing unbeaten on 27 as Court House finished 2-95 at stumps, while Brad Swain (24) and Oscar King (24no) played important cameos.
