He’s done it before and Ellalong trainer Michael Formosa could very well do it again.

Formosa is expecting a “big night out” at the Tamworth Paceway this Friday evening as he prepares to contest two Finals.
Rocknroll Emma will contest the $15,000 Starmaker Final for three year old’s after taking out the first heat of the series last Sunday.
“She is a smart filly,” Formosa said.
Rocknroll Emma sure is a smart filly – 12 starts for six wins and three placings and over $56,000 in the prize purse which included a win at Menangle.
After qualifying two runners for the $25,000 Prydes Easifeed Golden Guitar Final with Somemondosomewhere and Magoogan, Formosa will be hoping he achieves the same feat as he did back in 2009 when he won the Golden Guitar Final with Xavier.
Then he also qualified Staminator, who he drove, while Cameron Davies took the reins behind Xavier.
Tamworth can get behind Somemondosomewhere as the gelding maybe trained in the Hunter Valley but he is raced by locals Maurice and Wendy Mondolo, who will be trackside on Friday night.
“That was the first runner ever in a heat of the Golden Guitar in all the years Maurice has been in the horses,” said part owner Wendy Mondolo of her husband Maurice.
“The horse has given us a surprise and he is there now so we will see what happens.”
“He was laid back in the run,” Formosa remarked after the win of Somemondosomewhere in the fourth of the six heats on Sunday.
“It will be good in the final especially for Wendy and Maurice.”
“The horse will strip fitter for the final – I would like to draw the one barrier again though.”
Somemondosomewhere had a half head win over a fast finishing Hero Bromac (Lola Weidemann) with Lifeontopoftheworld (Richard Williams) another two metres away third.
Paying $14 for the win, Magoogan then put in a huge run down the outside running line to claim Dawn Magic (N McMullen) by a metre in the fifth heat.
It was tight between second and third with Countdown (Nathan Dawson) only a head away third.
“He is more a grinder than a speed horse,” Formosa said of the Santanna Blue Chip-Amber Loafer gelding.
“I thought it was definitely a tougher heat than the first heat I was in and to come away with a win is a bonus.”
With two in the final Formosa will be on the lookout for another reinsman.
“I will have to see the barrier draw and work from there who I will drive but they are both easy to drive,” he said.
