The five-member group will perform at the Country Rocks Showcase on Wednesday, January 25 at the Tamworth Services Club, along with a gig at the Cattlemen’s Steakhouse on January 27.
Frontman Michael Bond said the festival held the “most anticipated shows of the year” for the group.
“Tamworth is just flat out, you never stop running around doing your thing,” Bond said.
“It’s probably our favourite part of the year.
“Not only do you get to play and perform in front of people that are obviously country fans, but you also get to hang out and catch up with a lot of other artists and people in the industry. It’s like an annual general meeting.”
2016 was a big year for the group, who performed at the Gympie Muster along with shows with Aussie legend James Blundell.
They also released new single My Town which made the charts.
“I think Brewn kicked it up a notch in 2016 and our status in the country industry,” Bond said.
“I’d like to thank everyone in Tamworth. Brewn wouldn’t even exist without Tamworth, it’s the reason why we got together in the first place.
“We started busking on Peel St in 2010 - it all started in Tamworth.”
