People willing to move to Tamworth for the right job
Perhaps the Leader could start by keeping the politicians honest and representing the aussie voters who elected them to their privileged positions, complete with super-generous Parliamentary Entitlements & Allowances, rather than the foreign owned multinational mining corporations that are only interested in exporting profits overseas.

If Tamworth is to grow it needs more population, that requires more jobs of all skill levels, and it especially needs new government jobs because every government job creates about 3.5 new private sector jobs. Moving say 100 public servants to Tamworth and assuming Mum, Dad & two kids for each job, would increase the population by about 400 persons. These people require services like teaching, another 20 jobs available, builders & trades to construct about 100 new residential premises, doctors, dentists, shop assistants and other skills. It really becomes a self fulfilling prophesy once growth begins.
Tamworth is now large enough to be free from the limitation of farming & grazing because this sector is only about 4% of the population; about 2,000 persons. There are far more persons employed within the Tamworth CBD than in all of agriculture, and this is where further growth must occur.
So every Tamworth resident must demand more from their politicians because the Baird NSW LNP government is spending about $1.6 BILLION upgrading four football stadia inn Western Sydney rather than using those funds to upgrade public infrastructure in urban regional communities.

Start with attention to detail! OUR CITY ENTRANCES ARE, COMPARABLY TO JUST ABOUT every INLAND TOWN, AN ABSOLUTE, UNKEMPT DISGRACE & OUR LOCAL ROADSIDES ARE NOT MUCH BETTER. THIS SLIDE IN APPEARANCE HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR A DECADE.....First impressions are lasting!!! TAMWORTH IS NOT LOSING THAT SITUATION.....it lost that many years back.....sadly!
