The Kookaburras meanwhile had another horror day as they crumbled to 46 all out at Kitchener Park, one week after collapsing for 48.
Court House began day two of the two-day match at 1-93 before declaring at 7-171 and then routing the Kookaburras a second time.
Farran Lamb was the chief destroyer on day two with 5-10 from 13 overs after Anthony Daniels claimed 5-4 a week earlier.
The Kookaburras were a batsman short on both days, while Court House missed Ben Haire on day two after he made 39 not out on day one.
Kaleb McIlveen stepped up capably as he scored 22 in Haire’s absence, while Blake Small and Bradley Swain also made 20s on day two.
At Wolseley Park, Albion began its second innings with a 16-run lead and subsequently declared at 8-151 after Trent Lumby captured four wickets in his five overs.
With the Kookaburras and Mornington yet to win this season, Mornington made a gallant attempt to chase its target of 168 before succumbing for 123.
Jamie Eveleigh was Albion’s best contributor with 5-45 while four of his team-mates captured one wicket each.
A run-out also proved crucial during the run chase.
