Trials for both squads, as well as the U14 fifteen a side rugby squad will take place at the Barraba Rugby Squad this Sunday from 10am.
Kylie Dawson will be the head coach of the boys sevens squad, while Dale Beattie will return to continue his good work with the girls, with regional development officer Garry Walsh as team manager.
Newly appointed head coach Brady Walker will take the U14s, alongside manager Walsh, with Walker bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the program.
The soccer program is also out to kick some goals with trials running at Doody Park Armidale on Sunday starting at 12.30pm.
The soccer crew also have a new head coach in Welington Sardinha, who will work closely with NIF Technical Director Howard Stubbs.
Athletes are reminded to arrive at the respective venues fifteen minutes early.
