Gunnedah will hold its service at the Cenotaph at 11am. A lunch for the returned servicemen and women will be held at the Gunnedah Services and Bowling Club at 12.30pm.
In Walcha, deputy prime minister Barnaby Joyce will join locals at 11am at the war monument on the corner of Derby and Hill St.
Armidale’s RSL Sub Branch will host a Remembrance Day and memorial dedication service at the Central Park War Memorial Fountain from 10:30am.
The Guyra Soldiers Memorial Hall will hold a Remembrance Day service from 10:45am, concluding shortly after 11am.
Uralla will host their Remembrance Day service at Alma Park on the corner of Hill Street and Queen Street at approximately 10.30am. Following the service, members of the community are invited to attend a light lunch with tea and coffee at the Uralla Bowling Club.
