The meeting, which was organised to discuss the new constitution, has been rescheduled for November 6.
Starting time will again be 10am while the venue will again be the Gunnedah Services and Bowling Club.
In a statement, Group 4 president Mick Schmiedel said: “We have yet to receive any clarification from the CRL on some issues with the constitution.

“We did hope to have these resolved before the meeting.”
Mr Schmiedel apologised for the inconvenience that may have been caused by the postponement of the meeting.
There have been various issues that Group 4 has had to think about carefully, after the withdrawal of major sponsor Wests Entertainment Group was a major setback.
This came after many players copped suspensions following on-field violence on grand final day.
