The wet weather saw the game played at Riverside with Nemingha padding up first and facing some very tight line and length bowling from the visiting Armidale side.
Nick Jackson had the ball on a string to take 3-4 from just two overs, while Maurice Kelly also proved tough to hit recording impressive figures of 2-4 as Nemingha were bowled out in the 23rd over for 68.
In reply Jackson led the way again, smacking and unbeaten 31, while Hayden Schumacher was also unbeaten on 30.
The visitors cruised to victory only one wicket down on the back of that big partnership, passing the total with ten overs to spare of the 25 over game.
Ben Venue will now meet Tamworth public in the final after they beat Moree on Monday, with that game scheduled to be played before the first week of next term.
The winner of that regional final will play the winner of the Hunter region.
