And a home-grown star is coming back to join in the party.
The big show is on Saturday September 24 when 2000 people are expected to descend on the border town.
But there will be a slightly tamer affair on Friday when former Goondiwindi boy, Will Day, releases his new EP.
The first single “Seasons” reached Number 6 on the National Itunes Country Charts.
“I’m looking forward to coming home to where it all started for me to launch my new EP and rock the stage at the B&S.”
And it’s closer than you think organises said on Monday.
This year's event is on Saturday, September 24 with gates opening at 12pm and the arena opening at 7pm sharp.
“We are super excited with this year's lineup. We have local talents Today We Reign starting up first.
“These guys really know how to rock a stage and will definitely start the night right. Next up, another local rock star Will Day.
Headlining the B&S is four-piece rock band from Melbourne, Kingswood. They have played at numerous festivals including Splendour In The Grass, Big Day out, Groovin The Moo and the Falls Festival.
They also supported AC/DC on the Australian leg of their Rock or Bust Tour in late 2015.
Will Day had an exciting start to 2016, opening up for Diesel, The Whitlams and Icehouse. He was recently asked to open for the Hoodoo Guru after impressing promoters and fans as the opening act for Shannon Noll on his Queensland tour.
This year's ball is going to be so EPIC that you'll need to get in fast to secure your tickets before they sell out! Tickets this year are $75 + booking fees. There will be limited tickets available on the day for $90 unless sold out earlier.
The details straight from Eddie the Emu: Your ticket will include camping at the show grounds, entry to the arena, BBQ dinner & breakfast.
The first 1000 through the gate will receive a goody bag containing classic souvenirs like the B&S ear tag, sticker and more!
The rules remain the same: *black tie dress code, no ID, no entry - this event is strictly 18+, you must present your printed ticket with your valid ID at the gates, no glass, food dye, weapons or pets - all contraband will be confiscated.
We are a non-profit organisation. Profits from the event go to supporting local community groups of Goondiwindi and surrounding districts. Last year we donated $44,000.
