Their campaigns took them from Perth to Canberra, to Kiama and culminated in the annual City v Country matches.
Connor Size, Jack Kelly, Lachlan Windred, Angus Windred, Daniel Onus (all Farrer) and Jack Radford’s (TAS) U18s side were the only to get the better of their City counterparts.
They played a brilliant game to win 46-10.
The 16s and 15s both had tight tussles with City scoring at the death to clinch the bragging rights 15-13 over Josh Jones and Nathan Watts’ 15s side, and the 16s side containing Doughal O’Reilly, Ben Hamparsum and Jake Williams just being edged out 19-14.
Jhett Butler 14’s side meanwhile were unable to emulate their performance the previous week against ACT and were beaten 35-5. The 17s side of which Percy Duncan and Will Morley were a part of, also went down.
