But it was all about the steak sandwiches at Calrossy’s Shorthorn stand, where Agriculture and hospitality students were run off their feet by the hungry crowds.
The Shorthorn stand has become a tradition for Calrossy, with the the students serving up steak around the clock. Meantime, at the Calrossy Anglican School stand Year 11 Hospitality students put their barista talents to the test, offering complimentary coffee and tee to Ag Quip visitors.
The jazz band entertained the crowds on Wednesday, and a number of Calrossy’s Agricultural students had a win in the School Property Planning Competition.
