The event has drawn over 100 of the best youth riders from 13 different countries to the Australian Equine Livestock and Events Centre.
Following on from the cutting success of Austria Arnold on Sunday, United States riders won the Hunt Seat Equitation and Hunter Under Saddle competitions yesterday.
In both, Aussie riders were second, spokeswoman Vanessa Roach said.
“It was a pretty full-on day,” Roach said.
“We did everything.”
As well as Hunt Seat Equitation and Hunter Under Saddle yesterday, riders also competed in Showmanship, Western Horsemanship, Ranch Riding and Trail.
In each, there was a top 10 recognised and then first, second and third.
The competition today commences at 8.30am with the B group competing in the trail, where horse and rider have to negotiate an obstacle course on the main arena.
It’s then onto the reining Show A, followed by the B Show.
The competition phase follows five days of clinics and demonstrations, and will wrap up tomorrow with a repeat of yesterday, with the exception of the trail, for the B group.
