The students successfully used their exceptional skills to provide a delicious lunch for 28 principals and executives, who were here for the external validation principal and executive meeting.
Using a combination of their term one and term two recipes, they provided a banquet of mini quiches, dumplings, fresh salad from the garden, scrumptious and healthy coleslaw and a warm apple crumble tart with custard.
The students raised $280 for the SAKGP.
Our guests were very impressed with the kitchen, the food and our students.
I was particularly pleased with the manner in which the students co- operated in the kitchen and worked as a team to get everything prepared and/or cooked within the very short timeframe.
Well done Year 6 and Mrs Bowman.
