The two play off a handicap of seven and after a first round 84 last week completed the 36 hole championship with a second round 78 on the par 72 layout.
They won by 20 shots from Michelle Johnston and Narelle Dunst.
Played in beautiful weather the two enjoyed a day where Studte said her partner “holed some monster putts”.
Nicholls said just “one monster”. Studte countered with “at least three”.
“Natalie did well with the little testers I left her too,” Nicholls said.
It was Nicholls’ fourth Foursomes title while Studte was playing in the championship for the first time.
So good was their six over par round that it also won them the nett event for the day, four and half shots in front of Chwee Hepburn and Carol White with Dulcie Newling and Kath Donoghue, with a composite age of 172, third with a nett 76.
They also won the net event with a net total of 148 by four shots from Noelene Chaffey and Janet Treloar
