Jump Rope For Heart
Wow. Fantastic. Amazing. These are only a few words that describe the fundraising efforts from our school community for Jump Rope for Heart.
Students, parents, grandparents and friends had a great time at our Jump Rope for Heart jump off day last Thursday at school.
It was fantastic to have guests join in the skipping with students. Who would've thought we had so many talented skippers amongst our parents.
Mrs Gallagher took out the double Dutch, Mr Lowe was fantastic with a rope and Mrs Martin and Mrs Wamsley couldn't be out done on the single long rope.
Students showed off their routines they had been practising before enjoying a barbecue lunch.
I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along and to everyone who supported our students with their fundraising efforts.
A whopping total of $2,139 was raised by students. What an outstanding effort.
