Easy delicious slice
- 1 packet Marie biscuits, crushed
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots or other dried fruits
- 1 ½ cups coconut
- 1 tin condensed milk
- Chocolate, melted, for top of slice
Method:
►Melt butter and milk gently in saucepan on stove.
►Place coconut, apricots, fruit and biscuits in a bowl and pour in combined milk and butter. Mix well.
►Press into slice tin and place in fridge to set.
►When cold, top with melted chocolate.
