The 29-year-old man was arrested in Crown St yesterday and questioned by investigators at Tamworth Police Station before he was charged with three offences late on Monday night.
It comes after a third alleged victim came forward to report she had been assaulted on Bridge St in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police said in the first incident, just after 11pm on Saturday, an 18-year-old woman was walking along Kable Avenue, when she was allegedly indecently assaulted by an unknown man on a pushbike.
The man asked the woman to go into the park with him and when she refused he rode off.
During the second incident, about 1.55am on Sunday, a 31-year-old woman was walking along Bridge Street when a man rode past her and allegedly indecently assaulted her.
During the third incident, about five minutes later, a 22-year-old woman was walking through Bicentennial Park when she was allegedly grabbed from behind, forced to the ground and sexually assaulted.
The man rode from the scene.
Police were alerted and Oxley detectives called in to investigate both incidents which were believed to have been linked before the third incident was reported to police.
Late on Monday night, the 29-year-old was charged with one count of sexual assault and two counts of indecent assault.
He was refused bail by police and will front Tamworth Local Court today.

Oxley police confirmed to The Leader on Monday afternoon, a 29-year-old man had been arrested following an investigation into the alleged incidents on Saturday night.

Following a public appeal for help, about 1.30pm on Monday, a 29-year-old man was arrested in Crown St, Tamworth.
He was taken to Tamworth Police Station and is assisting police with their inquiries.
