An initiative of Bevan Douglas Funerals and Burke & Hamilton Funerals, last year's service attracted a large number of people.
Bevan Douglas Funerals manager Margaret Tarbert said there were hundreds of servicemen and women buried at the gardens.
"We have a lot of our returned soldiers at Lincoln Grove," Mrs Tarbert said.
"We have a special section for them, The Last Post section, although there are others buried throughout the cemetery."
This year's service will be held at 5pm on Thursday.
Those attending are invited to have a cup of tea or coffee beforehand, with the service commencing at 5.30pm.
"We will have Father Tom Shanahan performing the service under the flagpole and there will be a piper, a bugler and the laying of various wreaths," Mrs Tarbert said.
"Anyone is most welcome to come and there will be seating available."
