If so, then a new business could be the answer to your prayers.
Manilla husband and wife team Matt and Samantha Heywood are set to open a Cold Rock Ice Creamery franchise in Peel St.
Cold Rock is billed as a "dessert experience" and the business, which started in 1996, now boasts about 100 stores across Australia.
Its concept centres around customers choosing their own combination of sweets, chocolates, nuts or fruits to mix with varieties of ice cream, gelato or sorbet.
Mr and Mrs Heywood were on holiday last year when they "stumbled" across information about becoming Cold Rock franchisees.
"We've always wanted to own our own business and being fans of the Cold Rock experience we decided we wanted to bring a piece of the brand to the Tamworth region," Mrs Heywood said.
Located at the site formerly occupied by Ridgy Didge Pies and American Pie, Mrs Heywood hopes to capitalise on the block's reputation as Tamworth's dining hub.
"We're so excited to bring Cold Rock to the locals here and the surrounding Tamworth community, who we know will fall in love with Cold Rock's unique ice cream and mix-in offering," she said.
The store is expected to open in May.
