Shooters and Fishers Party MP Robert Borsak has accused the Liberal Party of "dirty tricks", after allegations about a bitter dispute with a business partner were resurrected amid the 2015 election campaign.

Mr Borsak has vowed to block the Baird Government's planned electricity privatisation in the upper house, where the Shooters, Greens and Christian Democrats hold the balance of power.
"This is the Liberal Party dirty tricks department getting going again," said Mr Borsak on Saturday, after allegations he was under police investigation were repeated this week.
Fairfax Media reported in 2012 that police were investigating whether perjury charges should be laid against Mr Borsak, after a complaint by former business associate Roy Jackson.
A year earlier, it was reported that Justice Robert McDougall had said Mr Borsak gave "knowingly untrue" evidence during hearings to resolve a commercial dispute with Mr Jackson. Mr Jackson has since died.
Mr Borsak said he received a phone call from police at the Rocks Local Area Command about the matter in October 2014, and told them he had nothing to say.
He hasn't heard from police since, he said.
It is believed the police file is still open.
