A second man has been charged with the murder of teenager Bassil Hijazi, who was shot dead in the car park of a gym in the city's south.

Jospeh Gatt, 24, was charged on Tuesday by detectives from the Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad over the shooting at Bexley on July 29, 2013
Mr Gatt was already being held in Goulburn jail after he was arrested in November on drugs and weapon offences. He appeared in Goulburn Local Court on Tuesday where the matter was adjourned until July.
It is understood that police will allege that Mr Gatt and another man, Georg Borg, were involved in an ongoing tit-for-tat dispute with Mr Hijazi at the time the 18-year-old was killed.
Mr Borg was charged with murder in March.
On the night he was killed, Mr Hijazi, who had already been shot and wounded a fortnight earlier, was sitting in his car at the back of a gym at 9.40pm when he was approached by two men.
The teenager, who had links to the Comanchero outlaw bikie club, tried to run away but was shot a number of times. He was pronounced dead upon arrival at St George Hospital.
No one has been charged over the earlier shooting of Mr Hijazi.
