Tamworth Regional Council general manager Paul Bennett and Northern Joint Regional Planning Panel chairman Garry West discuss the controversial Scully Park No. 1 Oval redevelopment yesterday.

IN A shocking twist Tamworth Regional Council will now decide the fate of a proposed $12 million redevelopment of Scully Park No 1 Oval.

The Northern Joint Regional Planning Panel (JRPP) was due to hand down its decision on the controversial development in Tamworth today.
