Drones on agenda as Tony Abbott flies in to help state leader

Prime Minister Tony Abbott has inserted a new fleet of large unmanned surveillance drones worth up to $3 billion into the last days of the South Australian election, declaring they would operate from a RAAF base on the outskirts of Adelaide.
