Upon arrival, officers from the Barwon Local Area Command found a female trapped in a silver Mitsubishi Triton utility, which had rolled a number of times.
The sole occupant, an 18-year-old woman, died at the scene.
Killarney Gap Rd between the Newell Highway and Forest Way Rd at Bingara was closed for a number of hours and diversions were put in place as a result of the crash.
It comes after the death of a man and serious injury of another in a horror crash near Moree on Monday night.
The car the two men were travelling in slammed into a tree after failing to stop at an RBT checkpoint on the Carnarvon Highway about 11pm.
