Two homes under contruction have been broken into and one was vandalised at Windmill Downs housing estate at Moore Creek.
One residence at Windmill Downs Dr was entered through the garage between the hours of 6.30pm Sunday and 2.30am yesterday.
The other, at Snowgum Cl, was targeted during the same period and some damage was reported to a wall during the break-in.
A GPS unit was stolen from a car in Heugh St about midnight, after thieves attempted to gain entry to the adjoining residence.
Meanwhile occupants in Janison St and Vera St reported disturbing offenders in or near their homes. In the first incident, a 48-year-old woman heard noises just before 4am and, turning on the lights, saw an unknown number of people attempting to break in. They fled when they saw her.
About 1.30am, an occupant in Vera St heard noises and saw people attempting to break into the residence.
She yelled out and the offenders ran off.
