Two of the three have been in detention since a lengthy police investigation ended with their arrest and the seizure of amphetamines late last month.
Operation Mapone was set up in January this year comprising detectives attached to Oxley Local Area Command to investigate the possible supply of amphetamines between Tamworth and Sydney.
Target Action Group detectives arrested 46-year-old Tamworth hair salon owner Glenda Kilby and 60-year-old Garry James Watson as a result of their investigations.
Ms Kilby appeared before the court yesterday charged with 15 counts of supply/knowingly take part in the supply of prohibited drugs as well as goods
suspected stolen and possessing a
prohibited drug. Garry James Watson appeared before court charged with seven counts of supply/knowingly take part in the supply of prohibited drug, supply prohibited drug on an ongoing basis, two counts of supply prohibited drug more than an indictable offence and goods in personal custody suspected of being stolen.
Another man, Jamie Darren Barrass, 34, who had no connection with the other arrests, appeared on four drug related offences including supply prohibited drug more than indictable quantity (not cannabis), two counts of possessing a prohibited drug and goods in personal custody suspected of being stolen.
All three were again refused bail and will re-appear before Tamworth Local Court on November 22.
