While prop Mick Considine didn't train Tuesday night because of an ankle injury, the Lions remain intact from Sunday's bruising 24-12 major semi loss to Wee Waa.
Coach Tony La Chiusa has also added Jake Thomas, brother of centre Brett Thomas, to the Lions squad.
Teenage halfback Simon Allen will also play under 18s for the Lions against North Tamworth in Sunday's junior final but will also sit on the bench in first grade.
"Simon didn't qualify for the 18s but because we are playing first grade as well as juniors he can play in the 18s," La Chiusa said.
"He'll sit on the bench with Jake, who has been playing good football in the 2s after coming back from injury."
Thomas's addition allows La Chiusa to be more flexible with his interchanges during what promises to be a tough match against a bogy side.
La Chiusa wasn't disappointed with his side's effort against Wee Waa, just the
execution.
"We put the ball down at vital times," he said.
"And our kicking game, long and short, was terrible.
"We can't make those sort of mistakes against a side like that.
"We had to run out of juice but the boys defended
magnificently."
He said the defence from players such as Nathan Hamlin, Josh Spence, Chris Parton and centres Bret Thomas and Andrew Loveday was enormous.
One aspect sure to be tuned up this week was the kicking game.
West chip-kicked eight times for no result last Sunday and its long kicking game paled into mediocrity compared to the powerful long-range bombs from Jamie Lyon.
