That's why she chose to take part in the Cancer Council's 'Do It For Cancer' challenge.
The 12-year-old had her hair chopped on Saturday, and her locks will soon be donated to Variety Children's Charity to help make wigs for people going through cancer treatment.
Indianna has been fundraising for the past month and through donations from family, friends and her sports clubs she has raised $1,840.

"Once I learnt what cancer is and how bad it is, and I found out people are donating their hair, I thought because I had such long hair I would love to do it," she told the Leader.
"I knew I could grow my hair back and there's people out there that can't."
The Tamworth High School student said she "loves her new hair".
She encouraged others to support her through donating to her fundraising page, with all money going towards cancer research and providing vital services for Australians living with cancer.
