Police confirmed officers were called to a property in Bendemeer about 1:30pm after the body of a man was discovered with a vehicle.
A crime scene was established but police believe at this early stage that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the man's death.

The 67-year-old was reported missing in the days after he was last seen in Kootingal, near Tamworth, on December 13.
The body has not yet been formally identified.
A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
Oxley police officers have been combing the Tamworth area for any sign of the man since his disappearance, including both land and air searches.
