Ambulance crews were called to the incident just before 10am and treated the man who is believed to be in his 60s.
READ ALSO:
He had briefly been knocked unconscious by the fall, with his head smacking into the ground.
However he was reportedly in a stable condition by the time he arrived at the hospital.
