Tamworth's Parkrun organiser Margaret Love will be aiming for a personal best in the free, 5 kilometre run for the first time since July.
"All the Parkrun addicts will be itching and ready to get out here."
Ms Love, who has 178 Parkruns under her belt, said before COVID shut down her Saturday morning routine, the group had around 300 runners turning up to the start line behind the Country Music Hall of Fame.
"I've missed it," she said.

"It's a regular appointment in my calendar."
Although Ms Love said she had still been running every Saturday morning, she was excited to be back with the group.
"There's a lot of people I've met now because I've been coming to the park run for the last seven years," she said.
"It's just the joy of getting together with other people and catching up."
The run starts at 8am every Saturday morning and is open to people of all fitness levels.
"We don't discourage walkers," she said.
"Nobody comes last.
"It's just you against the clock, it's not a race, it's a run."
With Christmas and New Year's Day also falling on a Saturday this year, Parkruns will be held on these days, provided there are enough volunteers.
"We're looking for volunteers to fill in the gaps, otherwise we can't run."
