Powell took out the women's singles title and Osmond won the men's singles title to go with their 2020 crowns.
In the women's final, Powell defeated Isabelle Moore in two sets - 6-3, 6-0.
Osmond also took out the men's final in two sets as he beat fellow Gunnedah player Vitorio Sardinha 6-1, 6-2.
The singles finals were part of a bumper last day of the two-day tournament.
Finals were played throughout Sunday at West Tamworth Tennis Club while Treloar Park and Piallamore Recreation Ground also hosted matches at the championships.
The tournament was moved to Tamworth after Gunnedah was hit by floods last week.
