The Uralla Fairy Festival will bring a sprinkle of magic to town on Saturday, December 4, so dust off your wings and shake out your cloaks.
After the success of the inaugural, and top secret, fairy festival held in October 2020, this year the committee has joined forces with the Uralla Rotary Club.
A variety of events are set to be held in various locations throughout the Uralla CBD.
"It all started from some very discrete little fairy doors which have been popping up all around the Uralla area over the past few years," a fairy festival committee spokesperson said.
"They can be found in parks, at the base of trees, in tree branches, on people's front fences, in gardens, at front doors to people's home, along walkways, shop fronts - practically anywhere and everywhere fairies go."

The fairy committee have organized a treat of magical activities including wizard potions, yoga for the wee folk, fairy and wizard craft, build a fairy garden and flower crown making workshops.
Perhaps the most adventuress and spectacular will be the Quidelf matches, where teams of five fairies and wizards on broomsticks will compete to catch the Golden Snitch.
For booking information, check out the Uralla Fairy Festival Facebook page.
While most activities are fully booked, there are still opportunities to participate in the hula hoop competition, story time at Burnet's Magical Bookshop, neighbourhood centre fairy treasure hunt, spot the fairy competition, fairy and wizard fancy dress parade, face painting and market stalls.
