After a selection camp in Dewsbury, Scotland head coach Nathan Graham included six players who have yet to make their debut for the 'Bravehearts', including Australian-born Walmsley.
"It was tough to pick a squad of 20 but I am confident we have the personnel to perform well on Sunday," Graham said.
"We have a lot of newcomers to the group and I'm looking forward to seeing what they can bring to the mix."

Walmsley has had a breakout year in 2021, having been awarded the Betfred Championship Entertainer of the Year after a strong season at Whitehaven RFC in England's second tier competition where he scored 15 tries for the Cumbria club.
Eligible to play for Scotland through his Scottish grandfather, Walmsley initially moved to the UK in 2020 in a bid to make the Scotland squad for the now-postponed 2021 Rugby League World Cup.
Walmsley will have a chance to make his debut for Scotland when they take on Jamaica's 'Reggae Warriors' at The Millenium Stadium in Featherstone, UK on Sunday.
The match will be Scotland's first game since defeating Greece 42-24 in 2019.
Jamaica will be looking to bounce back after a 56-4 loss against England's emerging players squad, however Scotland coach Graham said his side were still expecting a tough challenge on Sunday.
"Looking at last weekend's game I'm sure Jamaica will have a point to prove," he said.
"It's the ideal test for us and gives us the chance to have a good hit out in preparation for next year's World Cup."
Walmsley is yet to announce which club he'll be playing at next season, after Whitehaven chief executive confirmed in September the club was not able to re-sign the young Australian despite making a strong bid.
"The offer made to Lachlan was an offer that was the very top end of what the club could afford," Canavan said.
""We did make Lachlan an offer to stay, a very good offer in fact. However, clearly it wasn't enough to keep him here."
