Jessica Louise Bruyn, 26, and Rose Leggett, 30, remain in custody and prosecutors confirmed the allegations they will press ahead with in Tamworth Local Court last week.

The serious charges of robbery armed with an offensive weapon and stealing a car with a person in it or on it while armed were certified for both co-accused.

They each face an additional allegation of larceny, listed as related by the Crown.

"We are ready to move this matter on to the next stage for you," magistrate Julie Soars told Leggett.

Both cases were adjourned to mid-December after lawyers meet to discuss issues at case conferences next month.

Bruyn's charge of refusing or failing to submit to a breath test has been returned to police prosecutors to deal with in the local court, as have Leggett's alleged offences of custody of a knife and possessing a prohibited drug.

No pleas have been entered.

Bail was formally refused, though Bruyn's defence solicitor told the court he was "preparing" a release application.

Leggett and Bruyn were arrested a day after allegedly holding up a man and stealing his phone, wallet, hearing aids and Toyota Corolla in the early hours of May 4.

Police claim the women travelled to an Oxley Vale location with a 26-year-old man and entered a home before allegedly turning on him and threatening him with a knife and syringe.

Police allege the man was assaulted as he fled and alerted authorities.
