It was recently announced that the championships would be played on November 20 and 21 at Forster and Tuncurry.
The zone has expressed their intention to enter teams in both the under-15s and under-17s boys and girls divisions.

As things presently stand to attend the championships, all under-17s players, coaches and managers, and all under-15s coaches and managers will have to be double vaxxed.
Nominations close at 5pm this Friday.
Forms can be found on the Central North Junior Rugby Union Facebook page.
If they are successful in securing coaches, managers and enough players, the plan is to hold trials Sunday week (October 31).
Held last year in December, the 7s championships were one of the only representative opportunities with the Country Championships and June state championships all cancelled in the wake of the COVID outbreak.
Central North joined forces with New England playing under the North West Regional Youth Rugby banner.
