The building is currently being used as a sleep apnoea clinic.

Tamworth-based SAE Design last week applied to Tamworth Regional Council for development approval for the $1.1 million project.
If given the green light, the new development will house a denture consult clinic and will have room for two more medical businesses. Their tenants are not yet known.
Planning documents show that the denture clinic could accommodate a medical practitioner and an assistant, with total employment for the three units estimated at a maximum of 12.
No dental manufacture or surgery is expected to take place in the proposed facility, which is designed purely for consultations.
It would also include 15 car parks underneath the three businesses, plus three car parks including two disabled bays at street level and a common open deck waiting area for patients facing north.
Businesses would operate from 8.30am to 5pm during the week and from 8am to midday on Saturdays.
The project site is across the street from the Smith Street Medical Centre and the Tamworth hospital.
Planning documents claim the site, which they describe as a "health precinct" is an "ideal location" for a medical centre.
"This North Tamworth hospital precinct has been planned in anticipation of attracting and securing medical related developments into the area," the documents say.
"With the location of the development being close to Tamworth base hospital, shopping centres, schools and business, the proposed development is a positive addition to this area."
