The plan has been hailed largely as a success for metropolitan areas, but has seen some people in regional NSW take a backwards step as they wait for their second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
People who haven't had two doses of a vaccine are no longer permitted to enter pubs, clubs, restaurants, non-essential shops or the gym.
