As was flagged last week, the former Gunnedah junior wasn't included in the 37-man squad named on Friday for the month-long tour, which kicks off with a test against Japan in Oita on October 23.
Fellow emerging talents Noah Lolesio and Fraser McReight were also left out of the squad.

With limited match-day opportunities available for the trio, a view was taken a full pre-season with their Super Rugby clubs - and some rare downtime after two years of continuous rugby - would be of more benefit.
"It's really a bit of long term thinking, who would benefit from a solid off-season," Wallabies coach Dave Rennie said.
"We're taking as strong a team as possible away with one eye to the future."
Speaking specifically about Wilson, who was named the Rugby Australia Rookie of the Year last year and started in every test but has only played in four of the Wallabies 10 tests this year, Rennie said he has been impressed with the maturity the 22-year old has shown around the decision.
"Harry hasn't played test match footy in the last month and he's desperate to play at this level," he said.
"What we're saying is that staying home is going to give him an opportunity to make shifts physically and in his game which is going to allow him to excel at this level."
"We rate him highly and as a young man he hasn't really had an off-season, he didn't get much of a one last year."
French-based trio Will Skelton, Rory Arnold and Tolu Latu are set for a return to Wallabies colours after being included in the squad.
Among six overseas-based players, they will link up with the side in the United Kingdom ahead of Tests against Scotland, England and Wales.
Fit-again winger Filipo Daugunu (broken arm) and midfielder Izaia Perese (shoulder) will travel with the squad, Perese one of four uncapped players including Lalakai Foketi, Connal McInerney and Pone Fa'amausili.
Suliasi Vunivalu will also stay in Brisbane with the Queensland Reds after repeated hamstring injuries spoilt the rugby league convert's debut season.
Hunter Paisami is in the mix again after he was unable to retain a spot in the 23 after leaving the squad for the birth of his first child, however Lukhan Salakaia-Loto was not reinstated after his Rugby Championship also ended prematurely for the same reason.
