The inaugural event was set to be held on October 9 at Ken Chillingworth Oval but has been put on hold indefinitely.
"We're just waiting for advice on when community sport can resume," organiser Dean Hoy said.
Until then they are going full steam ahead getting everything organised.

"We're just trying to get it all sorted so we're ready to go within a week or two of getting the green light," Hoy said.
The playing kits, which have generously been paid for by the sponsors, were shipped last week, and the coaches of the Old Boys, Young Guns and Ladies All Star teams have selected their sides.
More than 150 players from eight clubs nominated to be involved in the event.
"The support for the event in its first year is exciting," Regional Coordinator Toby McVey said.
"From sponsors to players and volunteers, the whole football community is getting involved. We hope to return to community sport soon to put on a great day of football for a great cause."
The Old Boys side features the likes of Hoy, Adam Watson, Andrew Mahoney, Andy Cygan, Ben Todd, Brendan Fergie, Kurt Barrow and Mushies captain Lachlan Browne, while Golden Boot winner Eli Rankmore will team up with the likes of Harry Pollock, Hayden Davidson, Joel Carter, Johan Thompson, Mitchell Harding, Mitch O'Keefe and Will Menz in the Young Guns side.
It is promising to be a jam-packed day. As well as the All Stars women's clash and Old Boys v Young Guns battle there will be junior games, a post-to-post sprint to determine the fastest in the competition and a longest kick competition.
Headspace Tamworth and Hunter New England Rural Adversity Mental Health Program will also be present on the day providing support and information.
