The tip, the Youthie, the pound and the marsupial park are among the lengthy list.
Customer service at Ray Walsh House will resume normal operating hours of 8.30am to 4pm from Monday September 13.
The Barraba, Manilla and Nundle branch offices will also reopen during ordinary opening hours.

The Youthie is set to reopen from midday on Saturday, with the normal drop-in service operating as normal. Activities for the upcoming school holidays will be scheduled.
Tamworth Regional Council Waste Management Facilities will operate for their usual business hours, as will libraries, the Tamworth Regional Gallery, .
The Tamworth Sports Dome will return to regular opening hours for casual users from Monday 13 September, just in time for the school holidays.
The Capitol Theatre, TRECC and the Tamworth town hall will reopen for scheduled shows, and the Capitol Theatre Box Office will be open to face-to-face ticket purchases.
The first shows booked will occur in October, with mandatory face masks except for children under 12 years old.
The gates to the Tamworth Marsupial Park will open to the public from Saturday morning.
The Australian Country Music Hall of Fame will remain closed due to ongoing refurbishment work.
The Tamworth Powerstation Museum will also remain closed "at this stage", according to a Tamworth council statement.
Pools are also set to reopen for the summer season on their ordinary reopening schedule.
The Tamworth pound will be open only by appointment.
Premier Gladys Berejiklian announced on Thursday that Tamworth would be freed from lockdown from Saturday morning.
Pubs and gyms are set to throw their doors open on Saturday, with proprietors expecting a bumper crowd.
All council venues and facilities will be opening in line with applicable Public Health Orders.
