Co-accused Daniel Lee Connors, Trica Tresa Fletcher, Ali Goulzari Anvar and Abdul Wasim Kherhhah each had their cases called in Tamworth Local Court last week.

The four cases were adjourned for three weeks after solicitors told the court the state prosecuting authority, the DPP, was not yet ready to confirm which charges they would proceed with.

Anvar was the last of the group to remain behind bars after the four were arrested by Oxley police in March, but he has since been released.

Magistrate Julie Soars asked if Anvar was now on bail from the Supreme Court of NSW, as she flicked through court papers.

"Yes," the defence solicitor replied via video link.

The other three were already on bail and all co-accused had their conditions continued by Ms Soars.

The cases will stick together and Ms Soars adjourned them to the same date in mid-September.

She asked the alleged offenders, who are bailed to live outside Tamworth, to appear in court remotely on the next occasion if their cases were ready to proceed, amid COVID-19 restrictions.

"They don't need to come to Tamworth ... I really don't want people to be moving around if possible," Ms Soars told the court during Anvar and Kherhhah's mention.

The group were arrested after Oxley police spotted a Toyota Tarago parked with the motor running and no-one in the driver's seat while out patrolling for break-ins late at night on March 22.

Police claim they spoke with Anvar, Connors and Kherhhah at the time and searched the car, allegedly uncovering a $71,000 cash stash and about $143,000 worth of the drug ice.

The police case is that Fletcher was the driver of the people-mover and she was charged with dealing with the suspected proceeds of crime.

Kherhhah, Anvar and Connors each face charges of dealing with the suspected proceeds of crime; taking part in the supply of drugs; and participating in a criminal group.
